NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Ford City will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at the Ford City Borough Municipal Building, 1000 4th Avenue, Ford City, Pennsylvania 16226.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider and, if appropriate, take action concerning a declaration of local disaster emergency arising from the August 8, 2026, hillside failure and mudslide along the 1000 block of 7th Avenue, including emergency response, expenditures, procurement, stabilization, repairs, and related matters, and to consider and take action on any other business which may properly come before Borough Council.
