The purpose of this special meeting is for Borough Council to consider and potentially act upon a resolution acknowledging and declaring a vacancy in the office of Borough Tax Collector due to failure to qualify for office by taking and filing the required oath of office, and to address any other matters that may properly come before Council.
This meeting is open to the public.
