Beginning at 8:00 AM tomorrow, July 2, 2025, residents will hear the Borough’s emergency/curfew siren sounding intermittently throughout the day as part of work to repair the curfew siren timer. There is no emergency.
Once repairs are complete, residents can expect to hear the curfew siren chime each night at 10:00 PM, in accordance with Ford City Borough Ordinance No. 599. This ordinance prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from being out in public after 10 PM unless accompanied by a parent.
